About the Event
School families are encouraged to attend our annual 1st Day of School Sunflower Bridge Ceremony. The students will gather outside with their families and will be called over the bridge class by class into the warm embrace of their Class Teachers and class group. They will receive a small gift and a sunflower that is representative of good fortune, positive opportunities, and a lifetime of happiness from their Class Teachers. The oldest class will also welcome the youngest class into the school. Parents will then leave as the children make their way to their classes for their first day of school.
